I'm a mum to one daughter and wife to Rick.
I grew up in Kent and moved to the Sussex coast in 2007. I spent a bit of time away on the Surrey border and we moved back to the coast in 2020.
I have a very corporate background but after having my daughter and using Hypnobirthing it completely changed my view on my purpose.
I loved my Hypnobirth so much, I was induced and had a very quick but intense labour with assistance but used all the techniques I had been taught and I still use them to this day!
Something I have learned is they stay with you.
As my time has been spent with mums to be I realised there is a big gap missing in postnatal support in the first year. We don't talk about it as much as we should. My new mum and baby groups showed that many felt they "should" be doing something that someone else is, or that no one else would feel the same as they do in those first few months.
I am here to tell you that you are not alone in those feelings you have, there is support out there for you and my groups are just the beginning of that support.
I don't judge, I offer facts and keep it simple and easy to understand, I don't use jargon and give you support in the areas you need. Its not about being all natural or woo, its about being you and being positive in your parenthood.

Hypnobirthing is a birthing method that uses self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques to help you feel physically and mentally prepared and reduce awareness of fear, anxiety and pain during childbirth.

Beyond Birth will offer skills that help to slow down, connect and ease the emotional intensity so parents can enjoy and bank the first precious months and years with baby and reflect on what's important to them as they find their unique way together.
Mindful Breastfeeding uses tools, techniques and lactation support to help parents feed and connect with their baby so that they can have a more relaxed, calm and fulfilling early parenting experience.
